Shopping with us, Tessit di Lunardi Simone, (hereinafter Tessit.it, Tessit, we, our and us), is safe, simple and free of unpleasant surprises. We guarantee the right to return goods within 30 days and shipping is € 5 (STANDARD national shipping), as well as offering fast delivery.
When you place an order on Tessit.it, you accept our terms of purchase. Please read our terms of purchase before confirming your purchase. By accepting Tessit's terms of purchase, you also agree to our Privacy Policy. This site uses cookies. By continuing to use Tessit.it, you agree to our use of cookies in accordance with our cookie policy.
If you are under the age of 18, you must have a parent's permission to shop with us.
Tessit reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected. If fraud is suspected, we will contact the police.

1. Scope of application
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store. Our online store is intended exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are neither predominantly commercial nor constitute an independent professional activity. A company is a natural person or a legal entity or a company of legal entities which, when concluding a legal transaction, is acting in its commercial or self-employed professional activity.
2. Contract stipulation
The purchase contract is concluded with Tessit di Lunardi Simone.
When products are added to an order in the online store, we send a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You may initially place our products in your cart without obligation and correct your choices at any time before submitting your binding order, using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you click the order button to accept the offer for the goods in your cart. Immediately after placing your order, you will receive another confirmation by email.
3. Language of the contract
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is Italian.
We will save the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by e-mail.
4. Delivery terms
In addition to the indicated prices of the products, shipping costs may apply. You can find more detailed provisions on possible shipping costs to be incurred in the offers.
We deliver by courier and by hand. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up the product personally.
Standard shipping is € 5. For orders over € 75, we offer free standard shipping (Valid only for Italy!).
We ship your order to the address you provide.

We reserve ourselves for possible delays caused by manufacturers and couriers. We also reserve ourselves for longer delivery times due to holidays and promotions.
You have the right to cancel your order due to delivery delays, provided that your order has not yet been shipped. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we will no longer have the ability to cancel or make changes to your order, which will be delivered to the address you previously provided. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be sent back to Tessit as "Undelivered/undeliverable". This is not a return. When Tessit receives an undeliverable package, we cancel the order and charge a fee of €15 to cover handling, administration and transportation costs. Products with personalization, face cover products and gift cards are excluded as they are excluded from the right of return. You can read HERE how to proceed with a return. If we receive a product that is excluded from the right of return because it is undeliverable, we will wait 2 months for you as a customer to get back to us so we can resend your order. If we do not hear from you within 2 months, the product you have ordered will be discarded.
Through Tessit.it, we have the possibility to deliver to addresses in Italy and around the world. We ship from Italy.
In circumstances beyond the control of Tessit, called force majeure, such as, but not limited to, natural disasters, power outages, labor disputes, Tessit is exempt from liability to you as a customer.
5. Payments
The following payment options are available at check-out. Our payment service provider is Shopify Payments.
Credit Card
When you place your order, please enter your credit card information. After you authenticate as the legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction will be executed automatically and your card will be charged immediately after you accept the order. Our payment service provider is Shopify Payments.
PayPal
Through Shopify Payments, you can also choose to pay via PayPal. In order to pay via PayPal, you must be registered or you will need to register, authenticate your login information and confirm your payment instruction to us. After placing your order in the store, we will ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.
The payment transaction is automatically executed by PayPal after the order is confirmed. You will receive more information during the order process.
6. Reservation of title
The goods remain our property until payment is made in full.
7. Prices
All prices on Tessit.it are in euros (€), 22% VAT included.
Prices are applied at the time of order. We reserve ourselves from visibly incorrect information and warehouse errors. We cannot offer the same price that the product showed during sales/promotions after the end date of sales/promotions.
Products purchased during sales/promotions may be returned, as long as the product does not have custom options or are facial coverage products. For return information, please see Section 9, Right to Return.
8. Modification and withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order before the order is shipped. More information in point 4, Delivery terms.
You can change the delivery address before your order is shipped. If you notice that something in your order is incorrect upon confirmation of your order, please contact customer service, so we can resolve the issue before your order is shipped from our warehouse. It is your responsibility as a customer to double check that your order is correct on the order confirmation.
9. Right of return
At Tessit, you have 30 days to make a return.

The right of return applies to unused products with original stickers and labels - the cost of shipping is borne by the buyer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following type of contract:
The right of return does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specification or clearly personalized
Face cover products cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene issues.
Gift cards are excluded from the right of withdrawal and are not refundable
Please note that undeliverable packages do not constitute a return: see point 4, Delivery terms.
For returns destined for another company (wrong return) than Tessit, we wait 2 months to be contacted by the sender before the contents of the wrong return are discarded. In case of contact by the sender for incorrect returns, we offer to send the return back to the sender against the shipping cost.
10. Damage in transit
If you discover that your package is damaged, you must report it immediately. You should make a complaint to the courier at the point of delivery. You should then proceed to contact us about the damage by email, writing "Damage in transit" and your order number in the subject line.
11. Warranty and warranty claims
Our products should be free of defects at the time of delivery. Seams and buckles should be intact. If you have received a defective product or if you suspect that you have received a defective item, please contact us by email at info@tessit.it. Write "Quality Complaint" and the order number in the subject line, as well as a brief description of what is wrong with the product. Also send a photo to show the reason for the complaint.
Discolored products are not covered by the complaint, as discoloration is considered wear and tear, as long as the products are not discolored when the items are received.
Images shown are only an approximate preview of the final product. We reserve the right to make minor changes. Colors in product images and color charts may be perceived differently on different monitors. A misleading color is therefore not accepted as grounds for complaint.
Except as expressly agreed below, the statutory right to liability for defects shall apply.
The following applies to used goods: if the defect becomes apparent one year after delivery of the goods, claims for defects are excluded. Defects arising within one year after delivery of the goods may be asserted within the statutory limitation period of two years after delivery of the goods.
The above limitations and shortened deadlines do not apply to claims based on damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents
- in case of threat to life, body or health,
- in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty as well as wilful misconduct,
- in the event of the violation of essential contractual obligations, the fulfilment of which makes possible, first and foremost, the proper execution of the contract and the compliance with which the contractual partner may regularly rely on
- as part of a guarantee promise, if agreed, or
- insofar as the scope of the Product Liability Act is open.

We are prepared to take part in an out-of-court arbitration procedure before a consumer arbitration panel.

We are committed to handling your personal data in the best possible way and to following the data protection regulation RGPD (General Data Protection Regulation), where the terms for processing personal data are regulated.
Information about what personal data we collect, for what purpose and how we process it is described in our Data Protection Policy. By accepting these terms of purchase, you also agree to our Data Protection Policy. It is therefore important that you read this policy before making a purchase.
