How do I place an Order?

To place an order you have to choose the product you want to buy, check if size and color are available and click "add to cart". Once you have found all the products you are interested in, you will have to click on "cart" and follow the whole procedure, paying attention to fill in each field with your data. You will have to choose the method of payment and the type of shipment that you prefer. Once you have confirmed the payment you will receive an email with the acceptance of your order and the estimated time of delivery. When the package will be delivered to the courier you will receive an email with the tracking number. Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Our brand is guaranteed and the company is legally obliged to provide the goods as described. In case the goods do not correspond to what was ordered by the customer, the company will be responsible for collecting and refunding the same. In addition, online payment companies guarantee security at the time of payment. We remain available for further clarification.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN "SHOPPING CART" AND "WISH LIST"?

Under the voice "cart" there are all the items selected to proceed directly to the purchase. Under the voice "wish list" there are all the articles liked by the customer that lie in the list waiting for future purchases.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Currently, the possible shipping methods are by courier for local, national or international shipments or hand delivery exclusively in the municipality of Bolzano. To obtain hand delivery it is necessary to specify this type of need under "Enquiry".

WHAT ARE THE PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIMES?

Production times vary according to the stock and the complexity of the product. In the case in which the products were present in stock in immediate delivery the times of delivery are shortened considerably, in the case in which the goods are not present in stock but must be produced it is necessary to rely on the times of production described below. Simpler products require shorter lead times, while more elaborate products require longer lead times. Normally the production requires from 7 to 10 working days. Shipping takes 1-3 additional working days.

How do I return an item?

To return an article it is necessary to send an e-mail to sales@tessit.it including as object RETURN, it is important to motivate the cause of the return.

IF I RETURN AN ITEM WHEN DO I GET A REFUND?

The refund is paid to the customer when the returned goods reach our warehouse. It will be our care to send you via email confirmation of receipt of goods.

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

In case that you return the item for wrong purchase or because it is not to your liking the costs of withdrawal are charged to the customer. In the case of defective or non-conforming goods the withdrawal is charged to the company.
