At Tessit you have the right to return your order within 30 days.

How to make a return:

1. Send us an email at sales@tessit.it to request the return with the subject "return" indicating the order number.
2. Pack well your return, preferably in the original box so that it arrives in good condition, insert a note in the box with the order number, close the box with tape.
3. Give us the address for the collection of the return.
4. As soon as we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail and we will refund you for the product you have returned, minus the shipping costs (5 €).

The right of return is valid for unused products, with original stickers and labels.

The right of return does not apply to contracts for the supply of products made according to customer specifications or that are clearly personalized
For hygiene reasons, it is not possible to ask for returns or exchanges for products that cover the face.

Upon receipt of a return, the amount paid for the product(s) will be refunded, excluding the €5 shipping fee.
